My approach
As a clinical psychologist, I offer a curious, compassionate, collaborative and supportive space where adults can explore the challenges and patterns shaping their lives. My approach integrates Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and EMDR, helping you understand how past experiences and early relationships influence your present.
By working together with openness and care, we can make sense of difficult feelings, create understanding, and uncover new perspectives. I am committed to walking alongside you with empathy and respect.
Curious
Being curious with you about your life experiences will help us to create understanding of your current situation, hoping that this brings changes.
Collaborative
I work together with my clients, creating a team where we both are equal, think and experience together, aiming to create new experiences.
Compassionate
Creating a safe and compassionate space is vital for trusting each other. A space where you can feel valued, understood, seen, accepted and validated.
